A vintage planter manufactured by Dumler & Breiden in West Germany in the 1970s. This example is has a black base overlaid with crusty lava glazes in white and beige with lustrous bronze glazed circular motifs.

The organic colours and glazes echo nature; rocks, earth, fire and water, characteristic of the early 1970’s.
