Delivery and returns
Plant.furniture will endeavour to dispatch goods within 48 hours of an order being received.
Delivery charges are as follows:
£6 for orders up to 2kg,
£8 for packages up to 5kg.
£15 for packages up to 10kg.
Orders that weigh less than 5kg will be sent via a tracked service from Royal Mail.
Orders that weigh more than 5kg will be sent via a tracked service from Parcelforce.
We currently only deliver within the UK but hope to expand this soon to include other countries. Please contact us to discuss potential deliveries beyond the UK and we will do what we can to help.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you wish to make a return and receive a full refund please contact us on email@example.com or using this form. Orders should be returned in their original condition within 14 days from the day they were received.
Plant.furniture reserves the right not to issue a refund for goods that are not returned in their original condition or which are returned outside the 14 day returns period.
For all orders, except for those damaged in transit, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return.
Orders should be returned in their original packaging and we strongly advise that they are sent via tracked delivery and have adequate insurance to cover the cost of items being returned.
Plant.furniture cannot accept responsibility for orders that are lost or damaged in return transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org or using this form so that we can discuss a refund or exchange.
Please note that customer damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.

In order to process an exchange your order should be returned no later than 14 days from when it was received.
Any difference in price will be refunded (or payable) before the replacement order is shipped.
Please note that there will be an additional delivery cost associated with posting the replacement order.
Please note that all our items vintage and as such are sold in used condition. They will therefore almost always come with minor marks consistent with their age.
All our planters are free from cracks and significant chips. However, we do not list every mark as we feel they only add to the character of a piece and in no way detract from their beauty.
